About Us
At Studio Rare, we create thoughtfully designed commercial and lifestyle spaces that balance aesthetics with functionality. We are looking for a creative, quirky, and proactive Social Media Manager who can bring our projects, processes, and brand story to life across digital platforms.
What You'll Do
Content Creation & Site Visits
- Visit project sites and capture photos & videos.
- Create engaging reels, stories, and behind-the-scenes content.
- Take client testimonials and team interaction videos.
- Document project journeys from concept to completion.
Social Media Management
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn accounts.
- Plan and execute monthly content calendars.
- Design posts, carousels, reels, and stories.
- Write creative captions aligned with the Studio Rare brand voice.
- Stay updated with trends, audio, and content formats.
Brand Building
- Develop innovative content ideas that stand out from typical interior design pages.
- Showcase design processes, site challenges, material explorations, and transformations.
- Help build a strong online community and engagement.
Performance & Strategy
- Track content performance and insights.
- Suggest new strategies to increase reach, engagement, and lead generation.
- Identify trending topics and opportunities for collaborations.
Skills We're Looking For
✔ Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook & LinkedIn
✔ Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar tools
✔ Photography and videography skills (mobile photography expertise is a plus)
✔ Reel editing and storytelling skills
✔ Ability to think creatively and execute independently
✔ Excellent communication skills for client interactions and testimonials
✔ Interest in architecture, interiors, design, and lifestyle content
Bonus If You Have
Experience working with design, architecture, luxury, or lifestyle brands
Knowledge of content marketing and personal branding
Basic graphic design and motion graphics skills
