About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Recruiter who have a experience of 3-4 yrs and can manage end-to-end recruitment processes and build a strong talent pipeline. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a structured approach to hiring, and the ability to maintain accurate candidate data along with handling day to day other HR activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordination
- Identify and attract candidates through job portals, social media, and other sourcing channels
- Maintain and update a database of all applicants and candidates reached out to, ensuring proper tracking and follow-ups
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate fit
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure smooth scheduling
- Maintain clear and professional communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Track hiring metrics and maintain recruitment reports
- Ensure a positive candidate experience during the recruitment journey
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques
- Ability to manage and maintain candidate databases and trackers efficiently

- Basic knowledge of HR tools / ATS systems
