We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Draftsman with strong expertise in Revit to support the design and execution of high-rise residential and commercial projects. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate drawings, coordinating with engineers and architects, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed civil and structural drawings using Revit and AutoCAD.
- Develop 2D drawings and 3D models for high-rise building projects.
- Assist engineers and architects in preparing construction drawings, layouts, and shop drawings.
- Modify and update drawings based on design changes and site requirements.
- Ensure all drawings comply with applicable codes, standards, and project specifications.
- Coordinate with structural, architectural, and MEP teams for clash detection and design integration.
- Prepare bar bending schedules (BBS), working drawings, and as-built drawings.
- Maintain proper documentation and drawing revisions.
- Support site team by providing drawing clarifications when required.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Proficiency in Revit (mandatory) and AutoCAD.
- Strong understanding of high-rise building construction and detailing.
- Knowledge of structural elements such as foundations, slabs, beams, and columns.
- Familiarity with BIM processes and coordination.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering and architectural drawings.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in drafting work.
Educational Qualification:
- Degree/Diploma Civil Engineering or Draftsman ship.
- Certification in Revit / BIM will be an added advantage.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in real estate or high-rise residential/commercial projects.
- Exposure to BIM-based project workflows.
- Experience in coordination with site execution teams.
