Key Responsibilities :
- Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews & follow-ups
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave & joining documentation
- Assist in onboarding & induction of new employees
- Support performance tracking, HR policies & compliance
- Act as a bridge between management and employees
- Manage office administration & daily operations
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers & support staff
- Maintain office supplies, assets & records
- Handle travel coordination, meeting schedules & documentation
- Support management with reports, letters, notices & MIS
