We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Endodontist to join our team. You will be fully responsible for all endodontic treatments, post-endo restorations, and the complete cycle of patient care. This role requires managing patients from initial consultation through final follow-up, alongside standard clinical duties.
Job Requirements
Experience: Minimum 3 years of clinical experience specializing in Endodontics.Education: Master of Dental Surgery (MDS) in Endodontics or equivalent specialized degree.License: Valid, active registration with the Dental Council.
Core Clinical Responsibilities Endodontic Treatment:
Perform complex root canal treatments (RCT), re-treatments, and apicoectomies.Restorative Care: Complete all post-endodontic restorations, including permanent fillings and core build-ups.Diagnosis: Use digital radiographs and clinical tests to diagnose pulpal and periapical pathologies accurately.Emergency Management: Handle acute dental pain, swelling, and traumatic dental injuries efficiently.
Patient Management
Pre-Treatment Consultation: Explain treatment plans, expected outcomes, and risks to patients clearly.Post-Treatment Care: Provide clear post-operative instructions and manage patient pain expectations.Follow-ups: Systematically track and recall patients for follow-up assessments to ensure successful healing.
Clinic & Operational Responsibilities
Documentation: Maintain precise, comprehensive digital patient records and treatment notes.Hygiene Standards: Strictly adhere to sterilization, cross-infection control, and clinic safety protocols.Inventory & Equipment: Ensure endodontic equipment (rotary motors, apex locators) is well-maintained.Collaboration: Coordinate seamlessly with general dentists and clinical assistants for smooth workflows.
