Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and expand business opportunities in freight forwarding, customs clearance, logistics, and shipping services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with importers, exporters, corporate clients, transporters, and shipping lines.
- Achieve regional sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Generate new leads and convert prospects into long-term business clients.
- Handle key account management and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate closely with operations and documentation teams for smooth shipment execution.
- Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate pricing, and finalize contracts with clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
- Strong understanding of CHA processes, freight forwarding, customs clearance, and shipping operations is mandatory.
