Role Overview
We are hiring a Clinic Manager to lead the front-end of the clinic — someone who can manage operations while driving patient conversions. This is not a receptionist role. You will play a key role in clinic growth, patient experience, and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Clinic Operations
- Manage daily clinic flow, appointments, and scheduling.
- Coordinate closely with physiotherapists.
- Ensure smooth, organized, and efficient operations.
- Maintain patient records and systems.
- Sales & Conversions
- Explain treatment plans confidently to patients.
- Convert consultations into paid sessions/packages.
- Handle walk-ins, leads, and WhatsApp inquiries.
- Follow up with patients to improve conversions and retention.
- Patient Experience
- Be the face of the clinic — warm, confident, and professional.
- Ensure every patient feels attended to and understood.
- Maintain a premium, calm clinic environment.
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years experience in clinic, hospital, wellness center, hospitality, or front office + sales roles.
- Strong communication skills, Hindi required, basic English.
- Confident in handling patients and closing conversations.
- Highly organized and proactive.
- Comfortable with WhatsApp, calls, Excel/CRM tools.
What This Role Is NOT
- Not a passive front desk job.
- Not for candidates uncomfortable with sales.
- Not a low-responsibility role.
Salary & Growth
- ₹50,000 – ₹70,000/month based on experience.
