Are you a passionate professional with expertise in Power BI Developer with strong expertise in Azure Data Lake, Azure Synapse Analytics, and Microsoft BI technologies.
What we are Looking For : We are looking for 8-10 Years of experience Power BI Developer with strong expertise in Azure Data Lake, Azure Synapse Analytics, and Microsoft BI technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-scale BI solutions, dashboards, and data models while leveraging Azure-based data platforms.
Job Description :
· Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
· Create complex data models, DAX calculations, KPIs, and measures.
· Develop and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines using Azure Data Factory and Azure Synapse Analytics.
· Integrate data from multiple sources including Azure Data Lake, SQL Server, APIs, and cloud applications.
· Implement data warehousing solutions and dimensional data models.
· Perform data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting to ensure data accuracy.
· Optimize Power BI report performance and data refresh strategies.
· Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
· Implement Row-Level Security (RLS) and data governance best practices.
· Support production deployments and ongoing maintenance activities.
Required Skills
- 8–10 Years of experience in BI/Data Analytics development.
- Strong expertise in Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, DAX, Power Query (M Language).
- Hands-on experience with Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS Gen2).
- Strong experience with Azure Synapse Analytics (Dedicated SQL Pool, Serverless SQL Pool).
- Experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF) for data integration.
- Strong SQL programming and query optimization skills.
- Experience in Data Warehousing, Star Schema, and Snowflake Schema design.
- Knowledge of ETL/ELT processes and data transformation techniques.
- Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Databricks and PySpark.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric.
- Exposure to Azure Purview and Data Governance frameworks.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Azure Data Engineer or Power BI certifications preferred.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering,/ related field.
Nice to Have
- Experience in large-scale enterprise reporting environments.
- Knowledge of Machine Learning integration with Power BI.
- Experience with real-time analytics and streaming datasets.
