Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and follow-ups
- Maintain good relationships with clients
- Coordinate with customers through calls and WhatsApp
- Update customer records and daily reports
- Schedule appointments and support customer engagement
- Provide excellent customer service
