Qualification: ITI/Diploma in Machanical
Experience: 02 - 05 years
Key Responsibilities
- Perform in-process inspections as per control plans, drawings, and quality standards
- Monitor machining, fabrication, and assembly operations to ensure process compliance
- Identify non-conformities during production and immediately inform concerned departments
- Ensure first-off and last-off inspections are conducted and documented
- Verify adherence to SOPs, work instructions, and quality parameters
Final Quality Inspection
- Conduct final inspection of finished components/products before dispatch
- Verify dimensions, visual quality, surface finish, and functional requirements
- Ensure products meet customer specifications and drawing requirements
- Prepare and maintain final inspection reports and quality records
- Approve or reject products based on inspection results
Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of engineering drawings and GD&T
- Hands-on experience with measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Dial Gauge, etc.)
- Understanding of manufacturing processes (Machining, Fabrication, Assembly)
- Basic knowledge of quality tools and inspection techniques
- Good observation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work on the shop floor and under production pressure
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel, inspection reports)
Salary: 20000 - 30000 CTC
Work Timing: 08 hours
