We are looking for a qualified and dedicated Electrical Engineer to join our RDSS Project team. The candidate will be responsible for supervising electrical distribution works, ensuring quality standards, monitoring project progress, and coordinating with clients, contractors, and field teams to ensure successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise execution of RDSS electrical distribution works.
- Monitor installation, testing, and commissioning of LT/HT lines, Distribution Transformers (DTRs), feeder separation, and smart metering activities.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and electrical regulations.
- Coordinate with DISCOM officials, contractors, vendors, and project stakeholders.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks.
- Resolve technical issues encountered during project execution.
- Verify BOQ, measurements, and work completion reports.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned work within project schedules.
- Maintain project documentation, material records, and inspection reports.
- Support project planning, estimation, and execution activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- Strong understanding of power distribution systems.
- Knowledge of Indian Electricity Rules, IS Standards, and safety regulations.
- Experience in RDSS, DDUGJY, IPDS, or similar power distribution projects will be preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD is an added advantage.

Preferred Experience
- 2–6 years of experience in power distribution or government electrical infrastructure projects.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
