Versant Score: 58-60 Required

WHAT YOU GET AT CONCENTRIX?
CTC: ₹3.0 LPA to ₹4.8 LPA
In-hand: ₹18,500 to ₹32,000 / month
Monthly Performance Incentive: Up to ₹4,000
YOUR ROLE:
1. Handle inbound/outbound calls, chat & emails for global clients
2. Solve customer issues and deliver excellent experience
3. Upsell/Cross-sell products & services
4. Meet KPIs: CSAT, AHT, Sales Targets
5. Update CRM accurately
