Role and Responsibilities:
- Production- Responsible for supporting day-to-day manufacturing operations to ensure smooth and efficient production processes. Assist in machine operations, monitor production output, maintain quality standards, coordinate with the maintenance and quality teams and ensure adherence to safety and process guidelines.
- Maintenance- Responsible for assisting in the upkeep and smooth functioning of machinery and equipment in the plant. Support preventive and breakdown maintenance activities, identify basic faults, coordinate with production teams to minimize downtime, and ensure adherence to safety and maintenance procedures. Maintain maintenance records, assist in troubleshooting and learn about equipment reliability and efficiency improvement practices. Basic technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and a willingness to work in a hands-on industrial environment are essential for this role.
Experience Required: 0-1 Year, Freshers may also apply.
Education: Diploma in Mechanical or Production Engineering.
Location: Vasai- Virar (Company Bus Service is available from Vasai/ Virar Railway station to Factory)
