About Grro:
Grro is a business networking platform that connects businesses with commission-based freelance marketers across different cities and countries. The platform helps businesses generate leads, sales, and market reach through independent marketing professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and market the Grro Business Application in India and Middle East markets.
- Identify and onboard businesses to the Grro platform.
- Build relationships with business owners, entrepreneurs, and marketers.
- Handle Middle East sales operations from the Calicut office.
- Generate business leads and partnership opportunities.
- Coordinate with freelance marketers and support their onboarding.
- Conduct direct marketing, client follow-ups, and online promotions.
- Achieve monthly business development targets.
Requirements:
- Good communication and networking skills.
- Basic knowledge of sales and marketing.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Experience in business development or marketing is preferred.
- Knowledge of English, Hindi, Malayalam, or Arabic is an added advantage.
- Must have basic computer and smartphone knowledge.
