Responsibilities: Assisting with recruitment, and hiring efforts such as job postings, screening resumes and scheduling interviews. Helping to onboard new employees and conduct new hire orientations. Maintain accurate employee records. Documentation of employee data. Participate in organizing company events and activities. Help maintain a positive and inclusive work environment. Supporting HR Team with various administrative tasks such as paper work and scheduling meetings. Assisting with employee relations issues such as handling complaints and resolving conflicts. Qualifications: Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities.
