The Account Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining financial records, processing transactions, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, and supporting the finance team in preparing financial reports. Experience in manufacturing industries, preferably solar or renewable energy sectors, will be an added advantage.
Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Bookkeeping
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
- Record purchase, sales, payment, receipt, and journal entries in ERP/accounting software.
- Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer accounts.
- Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Invoice & Payment Management
- Process vendor invoices and employee reimbursement claims.
- Prepare customer invoices and follow up for collections.
- Ensure timely payments to suppliers and service providers.
- Verify supporting documents before processing payments.
GST & Statutory Compliance
- Prepare and reconcile GST data for filing returns.
- Assist in TDS calculations, deductions, and return filings.
- Maintain records required for statutory audits and compliance.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and government authorities when required.
Manufacturing Cost Accounting Support
- Maintain records related to raw material purchases and consumption.
- Assist in inventory valuation and stock reconciliation.
- Support cost analysis of solar module manufacturing operations.
- Coordinate with stores, procurement, and production departments for financial data.
Financial Reporting
- Prepare monthly MIS reports.
- Assist in preparing profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
- Support budgeting and financial planning activities.
- Analyze variances and report discrepancies.
Documentation & Audit Support
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records.
- Assist during internal and external audits.
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 2–5 years of accounting experience in manufacturing industries.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Working knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP, Busy, SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems.
- Advanced MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS reporting).
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and coordination abilities.
- Experience in solar, electrical, engineering, or renewable energy manufacturing preferred
Compensation
Salary: As per company standards and candidate experience.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
