Chargen Life Sciences LLP was established in 2012 and is based in Mumbai, India. We operate Biomall.in, a leading marketplace for life science products, laboratory supplies, diagnostics, chemicals, instruments, and research solutions, supplying customers across 65+ countries globally.
We have now launched Biomall.ai — an AI-powered marketplace platform focused on transforming product discovery, sourcing, and engagement for the life science industry worldwide.
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to support the growth and expansion of our platform.
Key Responsibilities
· Plan and execute marketing strategies to promote Biomall.ai
· Drive user acquisition, customer engagement, and onboarding of new prospects on the platform
· Identify and connect with distributors, manufacturers, research institutes, laboratories, biotech companies, and industry professionals
· Support business development activities, lead generation, and partnership development
· Conduct outreach activities and follow-ups with prospective customers and partners
· Coordinate participation in exhibitions, conferences, webinars, and industry events
· Work with internal teams to improve brand visibility and platform adoption
· Track activities, maintain reports, and suggest growth opportunities
· Develop presentations, promotional materials, and business proposals
· Maintain and expand customer and partner databases
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or related field
· 1–4 years of experience in marketing, business development, client coordination, or sales
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Interest in AI, technology platforms, and B2B marketplaces
· Knowledge of life sciences, laboratory products, biotech, or healthcare industry will be preferred
· Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive approach
