About the Role
Winfraatech is hiring Sales Executives for its Windows & Doors business in Chennai. We are looking for energetic and motivated individuals who can drive sales, build customer relationships, and contribute to business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities and leads.
- Meet architects, builders, contractors, interior designers, and homeowners.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Prepare quotations and follow up with clients.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve sales targets and business goals.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution.
Requirements
- Any Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
- 1–3 years of sales experience preferred.
- Experience in windows, doors, construction materials, building products, or related industries is an advantage.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
