We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Assistant to support the finance and accounts department of our textile export company. The candidate will assist in maintaining accounting records, handling export documentation-related accounts, coordinating with banks and suppliers, and ensuring timely accounting entries and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare purchase, sales, debit note, and credit note entries
- Handling documentation required applying forward contracts and PCL for export shipments in banks.
- Reconcile bank statements, customer accounts, and supplier ledgers
- Assist in GST filing preparation and statutory documentation
- Assist in recording and filling all the TDS for all the bills and record.
- Maintain records of LC, advance payments, and export remittances
- Coordinate with logistics, documentation, and merchandising teams for billing-related activities
- Track receivables and follow up for outstanding payments
- Prepare expense statements and petty cash records
- Maintain organized filing of vouchers, invoices, and export documents
- Support auditors during internal and external audits
- Generate basic MIS reports and monthly account summaries
- Must have basic knowledge to use tally/ERP software.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
