The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, experience in handling technical requirements, and the ability to close positions within defined timelines.Key Responsibilities:Manage the complete IT recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels.Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical and business requirements.Coordinate technical interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers.Negotiate salary, notice period, and offer terms with selected candidates.Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.Achieve hiring targets within the defined timelines.Required Skills:2–3 years of experience in IT recruitment.Strong knowledge of sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.Experience hiring for technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, Full Stack, React, Angular, DevOps, Cloud, QA, Data Engineering, and related IT roles.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.Good understanding of technical skills and IT is hiring processes.Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment tracking tools.Qualification:Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.MBA/PGDM in HR is an added advantage.Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
