Key Responsibilities
- Instruction & Curriculum: Develop and implement lesson plans that comply with school curricula, focusing on developing students' reading, writing, and analytical skills.
- Classroom Management: Maintain a positive, safe, and disciplined environment conducive to learning for young students.
- Assessment & Evaluation: Monitor student progress through tests, assignments, and formative assessments to differentiate instruction, offering support to struggling students and enrichment for advanced learners.
- Parent Communication: Conduct parent-teacher meetings to discuss student performance, behavior, and academic progress.
- Co-curricular Activities: Participate in school events, field trips, staff meetings, and contribute to extracurricular activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (e.g., B.Ed, D.El.Ed, or B.El.Ed).
- Certification: Valid teaching certification/licensure for primary education.
- Key Traits: Strong patience, creativity, and the ability to connect with young children.
- Experience: Previous experience in a primary school setting is highly preferred.
Minimum 3 years of experience in CBSE School.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
