Aquasense Private Limited is a Start-up India company focused on transforming water resource management through IoT-enabled technologies. The company develops smart water management solutions, including flow meters, smart water meters, and IoT-based products.
We are looking for an experienced Electronics Production Manager to lead and scale our electronics manufacturing and production operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end electronics production and manufacturing operations.
- Set up, standardize, and optimize production processes, workflows, and SOPs.
- Oversee electronics assembly, testing, quality checks, and final inspection.
- Manage production planning, manpower allocation, materials, inventory, and vendors.
- Coordinate manufacturing activities for flow meters, smart water meters, and IoT-based electronic products.
- Support flow-meter calibration, testing, and validation processes.
- Drive New Product Introduction (NPI), process improvements, productivity, yield improvement, and cost optimization.
- Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Coordinate with QA/QC, engineering, procurement, and certification teams.
- Ensure adherence to applicable quality, testing, and regulatory requirements.
- Support compliance and certification requirements related to BIS, Legal Metrology, NABL, and ISO 17025.
- Lead and manage production teams to achieve quality and production targets.
Requirements:
- 4–6 years of relevant experience in electronics production, electronics manufacturing, or industrial electronics manufacturing.
- Degree/Diploma in Electronics, Instrumentation, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Hands-on experience in industrial electronics, instrumentation, flow meters, smart meters, industrial sensors, or IoT hardware products.
- Experience in production planning, team handling, and manufacturing operations.
- Practical exposure to electronics assembly, testing, quality inspection, and troubleshooting.
- Exposure to calibration and testing of flow meters or instrumentation products will be preferred.
- Experience in a manufacturing setup and NPI/process improvement will be an advantage.
- Strong understanding of production processes, quality standards, and manufacturing documentation.
Preferred Industry Experience
Candidates with experience in the following areas will be preferred:
- Industrial instrumentation
- Flow meters
- Smart water meters / smart metering
- Industrial sensors
- IoT hardware
- Electronics manufacturing
- Measurement and calibration equipment
- Water-tech / metering solutions
Important: This is not a generic consumer-electronics production role. Candidates should ideally have experience with industrial electronics, instrumentation, metering, sensors, or IoT hardware manufacturing.
