Hiring: Academic Counsellor (Sales Role)

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound & outbound calls for student inquiries
- Counsel students on courses (BBA, B.Com, MBA, etc.)
- Understand student needs and recommend suitable programs
- Follow up with leads via calls, WhatsApp & email
- Convert leads into successful admissions
- Maintain daily reports and CRM updates
- Achieve monthly sales/admission targets
Requirements
- Minimum Graduate (Any stream)
- 1 year – 2 years experience in sales / counselling (preferred)
- Strong communication skills (English, Hindi, Bengali preferred)
- Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented personality
- Basic knowledge of MS Office & CRM tools
