Job Summary
We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to handle customer service calls related to home appliance service requests and complaints. The candidate will be responsible for recording customer issues, coordinating with the service team, and ensuring timely resolution of customer concerns.
Responsibilities
- Attend inbound customer calls regarding appliance-related issues and service requests.
- Register and update customer complaints in the system.
- Coordinate with technicians and service personnel for complaint resolution.
- Follow up with customers on service status and completion.
- Maintain accurate customer records and service reports.
- Provide courteous and professional customer support.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Plus Two (+2) or above.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, customer support, call center, telecalling, or a related role.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to multitask and manage customer queries efficiently.
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
Language Preference
- Malayalam – Required
- English – Required
- Hindi – Preferred
- Tamil – Preferred
Candidates with proficiency in multiple languages will be given preference, as the role involves handling customer service calls from different regions across India.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in handling customer complaints and service coordination.
- Experience working in a customer-facing role.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with service teams and technicians.
Salary
As per company standards / Based on experience.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
