Key Requirements:
Quality: Candidate Should be from the mechanical, electrical, electronics, instrumentation and mechatronics back ground. Should be able to test the systems and products. Should have good analytical ability and an eye for detail. Should be able to understand standards and procedures and should have a flair for documentation.
Production: Candidate should be in the production department. The basic branch shall be instrumentation, electronics or mechatronics. Would be part of a running project and shall assist the engineer to build the system and test the same. Strong inclination to learning is a must with considerably good reading skills.
Marketing: Candidate Should be engineers with mechanical, electrical, electronics, mechatronics and instrumentation with very good communication skills. Should be able to interact with customers and understand requirements.
Design: Candidates should have a good understanding of AutoCAD and be able to create detailed mechanical drawings and basic component designs. Knowledge of SolidWorks will be an added advantage. They should be eager to learn product design, prototyping, and design validation while working with experienced engineers. A strong understanding of engineering drawings, manufacturing processes, and good analytical and problem-solving skills will help them succeed in this role.
Key Responsibilities: Work as a Probationary Trainee under the guidance of experienced professionals
Support day-to-day operations in the assigned department
Learn manufacturing processes, quality standards, and company systems
Assist in process improvements and engineering projects
Coordinate with cross-functional teams and maintain necessary documentation
Pay: Up to ₹250,000.00 per year
