Chatraverse is an education consultancy that helps students choose and enroll in UGC-entitled online undergraduate and postgraduate programs from leading universities across India. We provide career guidance, admission assistance, and ongoing support throughout the admission process.
Job Responsibilities
- Contact and counsel prospective students regarding online degree programs.
- Understand students’ educational goals and recommend suitable courses.
- Follow up with leads via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
- Guide students through the admission and documentation process.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly admission and counseling targets while providing a positive candidate experience.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in sales, EdTech, telesales, or counseling is preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are also welcome to apply.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
- Smart phones and stable internet connection are required for remote work.
