Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Hiring: Publish job ads on platforms, screen resumes, and schedule candidate interviews.
- Onboarding & Orientation: Assist with new hire paperwork, data entry into HRIS databases, and the orientation process.
- Employee Relations: Address staff queries regarding company policies, leave balances, and benefits.
- Data Management: Organize and maintain physical and digital employee records, and compile payroll information.
- Employee Engagement: Help plan and execute internal company events, training sessions, and team-building activities. [1, 2, 3]
Requirements & Skills
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- High level of professionalism and the ability to handle confidential information securely. [1]
