Job Description:
- Plan, design, and execute rooftop solar PV projects from initiation to commissioning
- Conduct site surveys, feasibility studies, and technical assessments
- Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of solar systems
- Ensure projects are completed within timelines, budget, and quality standards
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements
- Troubleshoot technical issues during installation and post-installation phases
Desired Characteristics:
- Understanding of solar PV systems and rooftop installation practices
- Knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and safety standards
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
