Engineering graduate (Mechanical/Electrical/Civil preferred)
Experience in a Project Head/Operation head or similar technical leadership role
Strong knowledge of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) systems.
Ability to lead and manage the technical team, including engineers and MEP staff
Hands-on experience in building operations, maintenance, vendor management, and statutory compliance.
