Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Tele Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cold calling potential clients across Domestic and International markets, generating qualified leads, introducing our IT services, and scheduling meetings for the Business Development team.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls to businesses in India and international markets.
- Identify potential clients and generate qualified business leads.
- Introduce company services and explain business solutions effectively.
- Schedule appointments and demos for the sales team.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.
- Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
- Understand client requirements and update CRM with accurate information.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Coordinate with Business Development Managers to ensure smooth lead handover.
- Maintain professional communication and represent the company positively.
Domestic Sales Responsibilities
- Contact SMEs, startups, and enterprise businesses across India.
- Generate leads for software development, web development, mobile applications, AI solutions, ERP, CRM, and digital transformation services.
- Build long-term relationships with clients.
International Sales Responsibilities
- Cold call businesses in the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, UAE, Europe, and other target markets.
- Work according to different international time zones when required.
- Generate qualified B2B opportunities.
- Maintain professional communication with overseas clients.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Hindi communication is mandatory for domestic calling.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle objections confidently.
- Positive attitude with a sales-driven mindset.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Workspace).
- Experience using CRM software is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Applications, or any related field.
- Experience in IT Services, Software Sales, SaaS, Web Development, Digital Marketing, or Technology Sales will be preferred.
- Experience in B2B lead generation is an added advantage.
