Grant Thornton is seeking a Senior Associate to support workforce transformation initiatives by delivering program execution and governance, process optimization, and change management across organizational assessments, redesigns and transformation, including but not limited to payroll and human resources engagements for our clients.
In this role, you will collaborate across the Workforce Transformation team to support client engagements through client deliverable development, content development, data collection and analysis, and business development activities, which will help shape the future of Workforce Transformation at Grant Thornton and enable organizations to better align people, processes, and technology for sustainable outcomes.
Your day-to-day may include:
- Apply Grant Thornton methodologies across workforce transformation initiatives, including organizational change, HR, payroll, and workforce operations.
- Design and execute scalable approaches, including impact, readiness, and capability assessments across stakeholder groups.
- Build and deploy frameworks, plans, and stakeholder engagement strategies to support transformation efforts.
- Develop a strong understanding of client workforce operations, risks, governance, and business drivers, adapting delivery to align with client culture and ways of working.
- Support execution of communications through appropriate channels to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
- Support the design and development of training and learning content.
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative workforce data to identify risks, opportunities, and actionable insights.
- Have a practiced understanding of HR, talent management, and change management practices.
- Support cultural integration during mergers, reorganizations, team expansions, leadership transitions, and transformational changes.
- Maintain accountability for scope, quality, timelines, and final deliverables produced by the team.
- Lead program governance activities, including status tracking, issue and risk management, escalation, and follow-up action.
- Own end-to-end delivery of workstreams, including planning, assigning, reviewing, and managing the work of associates.
- Coach and develop associates through clear expectations, feedback, and support for performance and professional growth.
- Operate with increased autonomy, driving execution and providing coaching and feedback to Associates and team members.
- Act as a culture catalyst by embedding firm values, leadership behaviors, and accountability into people practices and ways of working.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
