Location: Bangalore
Anexas is looking for a proactive and organized Admin Executive to oversee day-to-day office admin related work and ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities-
Manage daily office admin and facility operations.
Coordinate vendors, housekeeping, maintenance, and office supplies.
Maintain office records, documentation, and inventory.
Handle courier services and office correspondence.
Coordinate with Finance for vendor invoices and administrative expenses.
Requirements-
Graduate in B Com are added advantage
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
