Job Title: Customer Support ExecutiveJob Summary:
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to manage customer queries, resolve issues, and provide excellent service. The candidate should be customer-focused, patient, and able to handle queries efficiently via phone, email, or chat.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via calls, emails, and chat
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
- Meet performance targets (response time, resolution time, customer satisfaction)
Required Skills:
- Good communication skills (Hindi & English)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email handling)
- Problem-solving and multitasking ability
- Positive attitude and customer-centric approach
Qualification:
- Minimum: Graduate (Any Stream)
- Experience: 2–4 years
Pay: ₹18,500.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
