Job Summary
We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented MIS Manager with strong expertise in Power BI, Excel, Google Sheets, ERP data management, stock valuation, costing, inventory analysis, and business reporting. The candidate will be responsible for creating automated dashboards, monitoring business KPIs, preparing management reports, validating stock valuation, and ensuring timely follow-up with various departments for data accuracy and report completion.
Key Responsibilities1. MIS & Management Reporting
- Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Create executive dashboards for Management using Power BI.
- Automate reports to reduce manual work.
- Track key business metrics and highlight variances.
- Prepare Board and Management presentation reports.
2. Stock Valuation & Inventory Analysis
- Monitor inventory valuation and stock ageing.
- Validate raw material, WIP, and finished goods valuations.
- Analyze inventory movement and slow-moving stock.
- Reconcile ERP stock reports with accounts and physical stock.
- Prepare monthly inventory and valuation summaries.
3. Power BI Dashboard Development
- Design interactive dashboards for:
- Sales Analysis
- Inventory Analysis
- Production Efficiency
- Procurement Analysis
- Finance KPIs
- GST & Tax Reports
- Debtors & Creditors Analysis
- Build automated data models and DAX measures.
- Integrate data from ERP, Excel, SQL, and Google Sheets.
4. Google Sheets & Excel Automation
- Develop advanced Google Sheets for business tracking.
- Create automated trackers and approval workflows.
- Build Excel models using:
- Power Query
- Pivot Tables
- Power Pivot
- Advanced Formulas
- VBA (Preferred)
5. Costing & Business Analytics
- Analyze product-wise profitability.
- Support costing and margin analysis.
- Monitor manufacturing and operational KPIs.
- Provide insights for cost reduction initiatives.
- Support budgeting and forecasting exercises.
6. Data Governance & Accuracy
- Ensure data accuracy across ERP and reporting systems.
- Standardize reporting formats.
- Maintain master data and reporting templates.
- Establish data validation procedures.
7. Follow-up & Coordination
- Coordinate with:

- Follow up regularly for pending data and report submissions.
- Track action items and ensure closure within deadlines.
- Maintain a reporting calendar and escalation matrix.

Pay: ₹291,247.74 - ₹1,218,882.54 per year
