We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented EHS Executive to ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations across operations. The role involves implementing EHS policies, conducting audits, and promoting a safe workplace culture.

Implement and monitor EHS policies, procedures, and programs in line with local regulations and company standards

Ensure compliance with statutory requirements related to safety, health, and environment

Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits

Identify hazards and recommend corrective and preventive actions

Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses; prepare detailed reports and corrective action plans

Organize safety training sessions, toolbox talks, and awareness programs for employees

Maintain EHS documentation, records, and reports

Coordinate with regulatory authorities during inspections and audits

Ensure proper waste management and environmental compliance

Monitor use of PPE and ensure adherence to safety practices

Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Safety Management, Engineering, or related field

Diploma/Certification in Industrial Safety (preferred)

Knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 14001, ISO 45001)

3–5 years of experience in EHS roles, preferably in manufacturing, construction, logistics, or industrial environments

Experience handling audits, compliance, and incident investigations

Strong knowledge of EHS regulations and compliance standards

Risk assessment and hazard identification skills

Good communication and training abilities

Analytical and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools
