Engineering Manager

Team: Software team now only have 3 senior developers (both are older than him)
Product:
- Software: Internal tools (ERP)
- Product: Mobile App (React Native) & platform on the motorbike (app to connect to car management), collect data, transfer to data team). Manage one of those 2
- Backend: java, no microservices, AWS.
Your Skills and Experience
- Road map product and strong architecture, and review code.
- Build processes to run team, more on management side
- Build from scratch, focus on recruitment, ramp up the team
- More than 5 years of experience in similar positions. Prefer CTO from start-up with a background from technical engineering
- Nice to have knowledge about architecture, high-level, can provide technical decision
- English: read & talk, someone who has exp working overseas is preferable
