About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and confident Team Lead who can manage an Inside Sales team and help team members achieve sales targets.
The candidate should have good communication skills, sales knowledge, team handling experience, and basic accounting understanding. The person should be capable of managing daily sales activities, motivating team members, and handling customer situations smartly.
Mandatory Requirement
· Candidate must have experience of managing a team of minimum 10 people at one time.
· Experience in Inside Sales / Telesales / B2C Sales.
Job Responsibilities
1. Handle and manage daily activities of sales team.
2. Monitor team performance and target achievement.
3. Support team members in handling customer objections and difficult situations.
4. Train and guide team on sales process and communication.
5. Ensure proper follow-up with leads and customers.
6. Motivate team to achieve daily and monthly targets.
7. Maintain sales reports and team performance records.
8. Coordinate with management regarding team performance and improvements.
9. Help in hiring, onboarding, and training new team members.
10. Handle escalated customer conversations when required.
Required Skills
1. Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English.
2. Strong confidence and leadership skills.
3. Ability to manage and motivate team.
4. Good objection handling and convincing skills.
5. Basic knowledge of GST, accounting, invoicing, Tally, bookkeeping, etc.
6. Smart and practical decision-making ability.
7. Comfortable working in target-based environment.
8. Ability to work under pressure and manage team pressure as well.
9. Quick learner and adaptable to changing business requirements.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
