Full Stack Developer (Python + React/Angular + AWS)
Swostitech Solutions Private Limited is looking for a skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer to join our growing engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong backend development expertise in Python, experience working with modern frontend frameworks, and exposure to cloud infrastructure on AWS.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable applications, improve system integrations, and contribute to innovative technology and AI-driven products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications
- Build and optimize backend services using Python
- Develop responsive and user-friendly frontend interfaces using React or Angular
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams for feature development
- Integrate APIs and third-party services across multiple platforms
- Deploy, manage, and monitor applications on AWS infrastructure
- Troubleshoot application issues and improve system performance
- Participate in code reviews and follow engineering best practices
- Contribute to architecture discussions and technical decision-making
- Support AI-related product development initiatives
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of professional experience in Python development
- Strong understanding of backend development concepts and REST APIs
- Hands-on experience with React.js or Angular
- Experience working with relational or NoSQL databases
- Knowledge of version control systems such as Git
- Understanding of AWS cloud services
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Good communication and collaboration abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on AI/ML-based projects
- Knowledge of Docker and containerization
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Understanding of scalable and distributed systems
