About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and energetic Fast Food Chef who can prepare high-quality fast food items while maintaining hygiene, taste, and presentation standards. The candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and ensure timely food preparation and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook fast food items such as burgers, sandwiches, wraps, fries, pizzas, rolls, and snacks.
- Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet company standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Manage kitchen inventory and inform management about stock requirements.
- Ensure proper storage of food items and ingredients.
- Minimize food wastage and maintain cost control.
- Coordinate with service staff to ensure timely order delivery.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assist in menu planning and introducing new food items when required.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of fast food preparation techniques.
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple orders.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management.
Qualifications
- High School/Diploma in Hotel Management, Culinary Arts, or relevant field preferred.
- Relevant experience in a fast food restaurant, café, QSR, or food outlet.
Preferred Experience
- Experience working with burger, pizza, sandwich, or café brands.
- Knowledge of commercial kitchen operations.
- Ability to maintain consistency in food quality and taste.
