We're looking for enthusiastic candidates with excellent communication skills to join our Australian Voice Process (Solar Lead Generation Campaign).
Experience
- Freshers can apply.
- Candidates with 6 months or more of Voice Process/BPO experience will be preferred.
Salary
- Freshers: Up to ₹15,000 per month
- Experienced Candidates: Up to ₹25,000 per month + Attractive Performance Incentives

Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers in Australia.
- Generate quality leads for the solar campaign.
- Build a positive rapport with potential customers.
- Maintain accurate call records and update the CRM.
- Ensure customer information is handled securely and used only for official purposes.
- Meet daily and monthly lead generation targets.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Comfortable working in early morning shifts.
- Basic understanding of Australian culture and communication style is an advantage.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Confident, target-driven, and self-motivated.
- Previous experience in Voice Process, B2C Sales, or Lead Generation is a plus.
Shift Timings
- 4:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Working Days
- Monday to Friday – Full Day
- Saturday – Half Day
