Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and qualified German Language Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess strong proficiency in the German language and be capable of teaching students across A1, A2, B1, and B2 levels as per the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).
The trainer will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, improving students' speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills, and preparing learners for international German language examinations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct German language classes for A1, A2, B1, and B2 levels.
- Develop lesson plans and training materials aligned with CEFR standards.
- Teach grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and conversational German.
- Assess student progress through assignments, tests, and interactive activities.
- Prepare students for German language certification exams.
- Provide constructive feedback and personalized guidance to learners.
- Maintain attendance records and student performance reports.
- Create an engaging and supportive learning environment.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in German language (Minimum B2/C1 level preferred).
- Certification in German language training is an added advantage.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in teaching German language courses preferred.
- Ability to teach both online and offline classes.
- Passion for language education and student development.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Goethe-Zertifikat B2/C1/C2 or equivalent certification.
- Prior experience in language institutes, colleges, or training centers.
- Knowledge of German culture and exam preparation techniques.
