- Supervise daily production and assembly operations.
- Ensure production targets are achieved as per schedule.
- Allocate manpower based on production requirements.
- Monitor line productivity and reduce downtime.
- Ensure product quality standards are maintained.
- Coordinate with maintenance and quality departments for smooth operations.
- Monitor attendance, shift management, and discipline of operators.
- Ensure safety procedures and PPE compliance on the shop floor.
- Handle line issues and support continuous production flow.
- Train new operators and contract manpower on work procedures.
- Maintain production reports, rejection reports, and shift updates.
- Reduce rejection, rework, and material wastage.
- Maintain housekeeping and 5S activities in the work area.
- Ensure proper material flow and avoid production delays.Required Skills:
