Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.
Identify and generate business oppurtunities through corporate tie-ups, eventplanners ,wedding planners, and other potential client
Build and maintain strong relationship with existing and prospective customers
Lead, mentor and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.
Conduct client meeting, Presentation and negotiation to close business deals.
Monitor sales performance and prepare daily ,weekly and monthly sales reports.
Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify growth oppurtunity.
collaborate with the marketing and operational team to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
Ensure high level of customer satisfaction and long term client retention
Represent the company at networking events and business meetings.
Coordinate with the product and procurement teams to identify customer requirements and improve overall sales performance.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
