A Gulf Visa Specialist facilitates end-to-end immigration, work permits, and travel visas for Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries. They handle documentation, government portal management, and liaison with embassies.
- Application Processing: Prepare and review visa applications for UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, and Bahrain.
- Documentation & Compliance: Verify the authenticity of documents, process legal forms, and ensure compliance with respective Gulf immigration laws.
- Liaison: Coordinate directly with embassies, consulates, and local PROs (Public Relations Officers) for visa stamping and status updates.
- Travel Logistics: Manage flight bookings, travel insurance, and "OK to Board" processes for applicants.
- Client Advisory: Counsel clients or employees on visa requirements, processing times, and document checklists.
- Experience: Typically 5 years of experience in visa processing, global mobility, or immigration.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with GCC labor laws, business visa requirements, and local government portals (e.g., MOFA, Absher).
