Are you passionate about counselling students and helping them build successful careers? We are looking for an energetic, confident, and target-oriented Admission Counsellor / Telecaller to join our admissions team.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents about career opportunities in Animation, VFX, Graphic Design, Video Editing, Gaming, and Multimedia.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Follow up with enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, website leads, and social media.
- Explain courses, fees, career opportunities, and the admission process.
- Convert enquiries into admissions by providing excellent counselling.
- Maintain accurate lead and admission records in MS Excel/CRM.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets.
- Build long-term relationships with students and parents.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Admission Counselling, Telecalling, Education Sales, Inside Sales, or Customer Support.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, Email, and Internet.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
