- Concept & Detailed Design: Develop floor plans, elevations, and 3D visualizations that align with current market trends and the brand identity of the developer.
- Technical Coordination: Lead a multidisciplinary team of external consultants, including structural,.
- Space Optimization: Design functional layouts that maximize salable or leasable space while enhancing the user experience for future residents or tenants.

- Qualification: B-Arch / BE Arch
