We are looking for an experienced Tool Room Engineer / Technician specialized in Sheet Metal Dies and Forging Dies for our manufacturing unit in Sahibabad.
You will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, assembly, and troubleshooting of dies to ensure smooth production operations.This is a strict Day Shift position with fixed working hours.
Job DetailsJob Type: Full-time, Timings: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Only Day Shift)Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Standard manufacturing schedule)Location: Sahibabad, Ghaziabad, Uttar PradeshSalary: ₹25,000 to ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience)
Key Responsibilities:- Die Maintenance:,Regular preventive maintenance and repair of Sheet Metal Dies (Progressive, Compound, Draw) and Forging Dies.
Troubleshooting: Identify and fix tooling/die defects on the production line to minimize downtime.Assembly & Fitting: Assemble and fit new tool and die components accurately according to engineering drawings.
Qualification & Exprience :- ITI in Tool & Die Maker / Machinist OR Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.Experience: 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in sheet metal or forging tool rooms.
