The Senior Manager – Sourcing will be responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies, vendor management, and procurement operations. The role focuses on optimizing cost, ensuring quality, and building a strong supplier network for plush fabrics and trims, both domestically and internationally.
2. Key Responsibilities
A. Sourcing Strategy & Vendor Management
Develop and implement sourcing strategies for plush fabrics and trims
Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers (domestic & international)
Build and maintain strong vendor relationships
B. Procurement & Cost Optimization
Negotiate pricing, MOQs, lead times, and payment terms
Ensure cost-effective procurement while maintaining quality standards
Drive cost reduction initiatives
C. Fabric & Accessories Sourcing
Handle sourcing and development of fabrics and trims
Ensure timely availability of materials as per production requirements
D. Sample Development & Coordination
Coordinate with internal teams for sample development
Ensure timely execution and approvals
E. Quality & Compliance
Ensure supplier quality standards and compliance
Work closely with QA teams for quality assurance
F. Supply Planning & Inventory Control
Manage supply planning and inventory levels
Avoid stock shortages or excess inventory
G. Sustainable & Ethical Sourcing
Promote ethical sourcing practices
Ensure sustainability standards in procurement processes
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
