Job Summary
Plumeria Holidays is hiring a Sales Executive with experience in timeshare or holiday membership sales. If you are passionate about closing deals and earning high incentives, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate sales through presentations, walk-ins, referrals, and outbound leads
- Conduct product presentations and explain membership benefits
- Understand customer needs and suggest suitable holiday plans
- Negotiate pricing and close high-value sales
- Maintain CRM records and track all sales activities
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Follow up with leads to maximize conversions
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in timeshare / holiday sales
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused
Preferred
- Experience in travel, hospitality, or real estate sales
- Knowledge of holiday packages and memberships
- Multilingual skills
