Key Responsibilities
- Prepare medical summaries for personal injury cases.
- Create medical summaries for demand letters.
- Prepare medical billing reports.
- Work efficiently with MS Word and PDF.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality in all deliverables.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology.
- Skilled at reading medical records and preparing structured summaries.
- Proficient in English with good written communication skills.
- Internet-savvy; able to conduct thorough online research.
- Competent in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Possesses strong analytical and communication abilities.
- Prior experience in the medico-legal or outsourcing industry is an advantage.

Education
Candidates with backgrounds in Medical Summarization, Physiotherapy, or Occupational Therapy who have experience preparing medical summaries are preferred.
